IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS,MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE IT ON THE WEBSITE AND ON THE PAYPAL SCREEN AFTER YOU ENTER YOUR CARD INFORMATION, IF NOT IT WILL GET SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS!All Standard Ground Shipping in the USA is Free of Charge, see expedited rates at checkout. Shipping Only in the USA, we do not ship internationally.
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?Processing takes 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed before 1pm Central Time on a Business day. Domestic Express Shipping is 1-2 Business days depending on your location.Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 2-4 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with UPS or USPS. Business days are Monday-FridayWe are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, in the case that packages or lost or stolen please contact your local post office to file a claim first, we will assist with any information that they may need. Any issues/problems with packages must be notifiedwithin 24 hours of delivery.Tracking numbers are provided via email so please monitor your packages to prevent any issues.
2. When will my tracking number start to update?After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 872-806-7878.
3. Can I make changes to my order?To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4.May I return/exchange my order?Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges at this time as we cannot trace the sanitation of products once they are sold. We must ensure that all parties including our staff are completely protected all times.At the moment all sales are final!
5. Electronic PaymentsPaypal is our payment processor and they both validate and secure payments including debit and credit cards, Shipments paid by E-check must clear before shipments.
