If your order has been lost or stolen we truly apologize and understand the frustration. Due to the increase risk of shipping items, we always encourage to either visit our location downtown to shop in store, as with shipments, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the items deliver to a SAFE and SECURE location where they only have access to.

In the occasion that your items have been marked as delivered but you believe they are lost or stolen please see the following steps:
My Items are Marked as Delivered But are Missing
(Step 1) Have you checked with your neighboring Residences?
If your item shows delivered but you believe it is lost or stolen, The first thing you’ll want to do is ensure that the product was not delivered to a neighboring residence. Check with your neighbors and/or any other tenants of your household who could’ve retrieved the package by mistake.
(Step 2) Have you checked and Speken with the Driver of the Delivered Package?
If you’ve already reached out to your neighbors, the next step would be to reach out to the delivering courier and inquire about the delivery status. Normally the shipping service is able to contact the courier that delivered your product. Since the products are GPS delivered they can track where the item was marked as “delivered”. Based on that update they should know where the product is located.

(Step 3) Have You Done All These And Need to File a Claim with the Courier
If the Deliverer is unable to provide an update regarding the product you will want to open a case with the courier to investigate the location of your product.
